How to single crochet

    Insert the hook

    Start with 11 chains. Insert the hook into the second chain from the hook.

    Pull up a loop

    Yarn over and pull the yarn through the chain. Now two loops sit on the hook.

    Yarn over again and pull through both loops. Your first single crochet is complete.
